1.5 cup cauliflower florets - approx. 200 g
1/4 cup lupin flour
2/3 cup lupin crumbs
1 tblsp Lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper
Salt to taste
Take 1/4 cup lupin flour. Add chopped cilantro, 1 tblsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add water to make it into a runny paste consistency. Take 2/3 cup lupin crumbs in a separate bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste. Take approx. 200 g washed and cleaned cauliflower florets. Dip them into first lupin paste and then roll them into lupin crumb mix. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or till they are perfectly brown and crisp (don’t forget to flip them in midway for even baking).
