How to prepare -
1) Replace 30-50% of your regular flour with lupin flour for a protein and fibre boost in any recipe including pasta, pizza dough, cakes, muffins, bread, naan and roti etc. By replacing a part of your flour with lupin flour, you can also reduce the carb content of your meal significantly.
2) Because our lupin flour doesn’t have any bitter aftertaste, you can even make recipes using 100% lupin flour.
3) Some recipes might require you to slightly roast the flour to get rid of the raw aftertaste.
